P90X nutrition plan is a part of comprehensive exercising program called P90X. P90X stands for Program 90 Extreme, and it is called ’90’ because it lasts for 90 days. This program is created to help you in not only losing weight and achieving good results, but also to make you feel better and healthier. The program also includes a diet plan for you. P90X nutrition plan lasts for three months. The good thing about this program is that you do not need any particular equipment. All you need is a little of your time and your good will.


All you have to do is play those DVDs and follow the instructions given by Tony Horton. The good thing is that you can watch it repeatedly and if you do not get it right away, you have enough time to replay it and do it right eventually. You can do this anytime you like, which is another good thing about this program.

P90X Nutrition Plan

• P90X nutrition plan is divided into parts. There are three of them and each one lasts for one month. The first part of the plan includes mostly proteins. You will also get a great education about nutrition in general. The second part of the nutrition plan is based on diet that is high in carbohydrates. The third part includes even more foods rich in carbohydrates. The reason is simple – your body will have greater demands for energy as you will be making great progress regarding your shape.

• It is very important to stick to the plan. If you do that, you will have great results. Do not give up and think about how great it will feel to look in the mirror and actually like what you see. Once you get into this routine, you will probably keep those good habits.

• You will also get some good recipes and advice on how to consume them. The portion size should be measured in the right way.
