Visualization is very helpful. If you hate being alone, try look on the bright side. Take advantage of being alone. Relax and do whatever you like. Use your day the way you want to! You will see that you are strong enough to enjoy being with your self. After all, you need to be aware that you are a great person. Even if you are alone in the moment, remember that the only person who can take care of you is – you! Do not forget that. You must be aware of your own importance. It is not an illusion, but reality. You are real. Your life is real. Do not let anything destroy it.
