You have to take care of your physical appearance. You have to take care of your hairstyle, your clothes, face, and ell other elements that make your physical appearance. Hygiene is extremely important in this job. Imagine that you are sitting in a nice restaurant and waiting for your dinner. Then, a waiter with the dirt on his hands is bringing your meal. You have to be well informed about the dishes and beverages that are served in your restaurant. If your guests have any questions, you must be able to answer these questions.
